Reader's Discretion Advised

...this confuses me. So...it's like tumblr...for books?

Either way, I'm mainly on Goodreads. I do occasionally come here, and also do periodically import my shelves from GR here, but GR is a more sure bet for contacting me.

Second You Sin - Scott Sherman Again, amusing in a soap opera sort of way. It was very Hollywood, which isn't bad, but I feel like some of the plot points begged a more realistic approach.I ended up skipping the entire middle of the book because I got bored. I landed randomly on the part where Kevin's pretending he's in love with Locke. Sadly (for the book), I could deduce what had happened - roughly - in the intervening pages...Anyway, it was annoying because the villains would all just...confess to Kevin, and then the police would come blazing through. But then, wouldn't it technically be his word against theirs? How would that hold up in court? Problems like these keep bothering me while I'm reading...The ending was sweet, though, so 3 stars. That extra star's for the kid :D
