Reader's Discretion Advised

At first, it was weird because it seemed almost like a redux of her LEVS (renamed Blood Nation for publication, I think) series, so I was weirding out about that. But then...it gets weirdly better. There are some rather nice elements. Parts of it are weird/don't really seem to fit. The resolution seemed a bit like a cop out because it wasn't completely...It didn't incorporate all of the elements I thought were vital, something like that. Enough was there, though, that it had a pretty large impact.And for some weird reason, I feel like I've written a review for this before, but I guess not...Much later EtA:I've found it.
