Reader's Discretion Advised

OMG. This. This is just beautiful. And I'm only on the first chapter.ETA...I'm on chap 3 and I'm totally confused...ETAchap 11 and things are getting a little weird. I'd say we were at about 2 Cuils now...End ETAHmm...certainly an interesting read. Parts of the grammar seemed weird, but I'm not sure if it's because it's some other form of English or not.I'm still not entirely certain if the polyamory element is sexual or not - it's kind of hinted at both-ish, but isn't really definitive one way or another. It's a minor point, though.The ghost element was a little random and broke the contiguity a bit. It all worked out in the end, but as it was being introduced and worked in, it just...seemed really random.There'd be times when there would seem to be breaks in the narration. I don't know if this was just a problem with formatting or what, but it would break the flow. The Top/brat thing was a little weird for me because I haven't seen those terms before. Yeah, it might just be a matter of semantics, I guess, but still. (My main issue is "brat" but maybe that's because I see obnoxious 5-year old for that, which isn't exactly something you'd want in this kind of context...)
