...this confuses me. So...it's like tumblr...for books?
Either way, I'm mainly on Goodreads. I do occasionally come here, and also do periodically import my shelves from GR here, but GR is a more sure bet for contacting me.
The Lion of Kent
I don't feel the plot/characterization worked with the setting chosen. The entire thing was melodramatic and rather disappointing. The characters were pretty flat, too, which doesn't help at all. Overall, the book doesn't impress. I think a lot of the problem was the way the historical setting was worked. It seemed too...modern (I suppose?) at times and the little incongruities added up.
